Hello, I´m having an issue with my ups, it is configured to have an output of 220 AC when it is on, but when I turn it off still connected to the power outlet it sends an output voltage of 103 volts when is supposed it should be zero, what could be happening?

If you run a self test what happens? Are there any error LEDS present such as bypass mode? What is the output voltage when running on batteries when AC Mains is removed?
If the output voltage is NOT (appropriately) 220 VAC and say 100 VAC the unit is shot. If the voltage is 220 while you on battery - Good! 👍
If you turn off the outputs using Power Chute software what do you measure at the unit?

Hello.
Bypass test runs ok
Also power output on battery is 220 ac
If I shut down the ups disconnected of the power outlet, then the output voltage is zero.
The problem only happens when it's connected to power and the unit is off

Appreciate the confirmation of the three tests which passed! 👍 I would ask you to please validate the voltage is indeed 100+ AC volts vs it being stray voltage of 100+ AC (Milli) Volts!
Please upload a photo of the AC Mains when measured at the wall. Do the same when the output is on at the UPS. Last when you turn off the UPS and measured at the UPS output.
