email will not pass credentials SMT1500RM2U/AP9630
I have a SMT1500RM2U/AP9630 running 7.08 on the AP9630 card2 and UPS 15.0 (ID18)
No matter what I do with the email setup it wont go thru, The Email server is in house and I can watch the screen its always the same error unuthorised relay so I can only assume it is not passing credentials to the email server. I have tryed to send thru Comcast with the same results. I looked at the config file and there is no code for a password There is a commented section that refers to "EmailReceiver1Password=password" but no such line exsists.
I would really like to get this to work I have just updated the firmware on card and UPS to what I think is latest versions the email account im using is a active account that is used and works, just not on the UPS. I have worked on this issue for 2 days with no luck.
any ideas here ?
This is in the config file but I cant add it
[NetworkEMAIL] ; To change an E-mail Recipient's Password use the ; EmailReceiver#Password keyword where # is the number of the ; recipient. i.e., EmailReceiver1Password=password ; To make a Recipient use the common Server settings, use ; EmailReceiver#UseCommon=enabled
UPON Further tests the AP9630 does not appear to be even sending the user info, I have allowed the ip of the APC to relay thru the email server only to find the AP9630 is even passing the user credentials
