Just unpacked and mounted a new ap7723
Attached to the serial console, and was able to view the Device Manager settings. Then made changed to the other settings, Network and Systems. After doing that, the Device Manager sections is completely empty. Just ESC and ENTER options. Did a restart of the management interface, and that did not help.

Hi David,
Can you share the full ATS event log? It is possible on the onboard management interface temporarily lost communication to the ATS controller (sort of like its brain) and then rebooting or resetting it caused it to come back.
If we check the event log, we may (or may not) see something that explains the behavior.
Ideally, if you can get the full event.txt through FTP or SCP method, it'd be helpful. Instructions here. http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA156131
Another secondary option is to view the full log in a new window (from logs tab) and PDF it or something for viewing.

Hmm.
Reset back to defaults, except for networking, and on logging back in, the device manager is now correct. Reapplied the previous changes, and we're still good. Not sure what happened. But is working properly now.
