Latest AP7722 firmware?

Hello,

I have an AP7722 Automatic Transfer Switch with AP9617 Network Management Card. How can I get or check latest firmware?

I try to install AOS_3.5.7 and ATS_3.5.6 without success.

Hi David,

Your ATS is at the latest firmware for both the ATS Controller (v1.9) and the Network Management Card firmware inside the ATS (AOS 2.6.4/application v2.6.1). The firmware you are trying to apply is for newer units only like AP7722A, AP7750A, AP7730, etc and basically all Rack ATS SKUs EXCEPT AP7722, AP7750, and AP7701.

Dear team,

I have apc rack ATS of AP7722A and its installed FW is apc_hw02_aos357_g2ats357.exe and it was the old version and according to latest updates new version is apc_hw02_aos392_g2ats392. I have tried to upgrade directly but it is showing uncompatility with OS and so your kind support is required in this regard.

Hi Muhammad,

I'm assuming you've tried using the firmware upgrade wizard to automate the upgrade process. There shouldn't be any issue to go right from v3.5.7 to v3.9.0, I would recommend to try manually updating the firmware via FTP. We have instructions on how to do so here: https://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA156047/

Follow the section labelled "Manual via FTP", and the specific instructions regarding "NMC1".

Thank you for your response, ref to our discussion please guide me for up gradation of AP7722 where its hardware version showing 1.12 but i am failed to upgrade it, and showing incompatibility issue. You are requested to please latest firmware of AP7722 and AP7722A.
