Wrong NMC2 firmware upgraded

I hope you can assist me in my matter 🙏🏻

I have UPS with the following information:

Rack UPS 48 kW Symmetra PX2
it has dual IM with the following model on it tag: OG-SYMIM16

I have upgraded the firmware using (apc_hw05_aos722_sumx 722_bootmon109.exe)

the upgrade utility tools showed me error and that it is not compatible firmware and abort, while the IM took the firmware and I lost some components in the GUI like power modules and Dry contacts.

The old version information as below:

is there anyway I can fix this? please provide me with the latest suitable firmware for this UPS.

The NMC firmware you loaded was for a Smart-UPS. You can simply download the correct Symmetra NMC firmware if this is a single phase unit.

If this is a three phase Symmetra unit you will need to contact APC Technical Support to obtain the same.

Be advised some NMC firmware now requires a subscription / paid license to obtain and install the firmware! 🤦‍♂️

Thank you Teken for the reply, i was trying to solve it with technical support and they advise to upgrade to 7.0.4, but I'm unable to find that version anywhere. I hope they will provide it to me.

If they advised you to upgrade to v7.0.4 why would they not provide you the firmware directly or relay a resource link?!?! 🤔
