Windows asks if I want to allow PowerChute to modify my system every time

I have PowerChute 3.0 installed on Window 7 64 bit.

Every time I log in, Windows pops up a security dialog asking if I want to allow PowerChute to modify my system. Is this a bug that is supposed to be fixed?
