Hi,
I have a windows surface hub who's battery does not seem to work.
When turning it on it does seem to have an error code, OFF RED OFF OFF OFF, which, according to the documentation is BMS Communication Alert.

I have the cabling properly installed and have double checked with a different hub.
Just wondering on how to fix this issue!
