Windows Server Core - StartServiceControlDispatcher

I have installed Powerchute Business Edition 10.0.5 and when I try to run pbeagent.exe from the Program Files (x86)\Powerchute Business Edition\agent directory I get the error StartServiceControlDispatcher. I have Windows Admin Center running on the server so I can view Programs/Services installed and it looks like Powerchute did install without error. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

You do not launch pbeagent.exe. To view, the Agent open a web browser and go to https://system ip:6547

Example https://192.168.1.100:6547  . 

If you are launching the browser on the system the Agent is running on to you can enter https://127.0.0.1:6547
