Where to find latest firmware

Hi,

Can anyone tell me where I can find the latest firmware for the APC SMX3000HVNC, all I can find is an MIB list but this doesnt help me. I need to upgrade the firmware due to some errors in the current version, and with this version the WEB interface only works in IE.

Hello,

The SMX family of UPS uses the "SUMX" firmware application. The latest revision of firmware is v6.5.0 (for AP9630/31/35 network cards) and can be downloaded here:
