Where is the model and serial number located on an ACSC100?

Hello. There are two places you can get the model and serial number off the unit. The first is if the unit is powered up, hit escape on the front screen then scroll down to About InRow SC and hit enter. The model an serial number is there. It is also located on the very bottom back of the unit. Remove the back door and on the bottom outside of the unit, you will see a very small white sticker with the model and serial number on it. If you also have the unit on your network, log into the web interface and go to Unit -> About and the numbers will be there.
