What's the best way to set up PCNS?

Hi,

Apologies for the length of the post but, what's the best way to set PCNS up in the following scenario?

Setup
We have just moved into a new building and I have 2 independent mains supplys in the building coming in to 2 Service Bypass panels (to mitigate building maintenance work).  Each Service Bypass Panel (SBP) has one UPS attached, and is powering a Power Distribution Unit (PDU) that has one PSU from each device attached to it.  Each device has 2 PSUs, therfore, they get their power from both mains supplys. (See Attached.)

Scenario 1
The building maintenance team need to isolate one of the mains supplys for some reason.  All my devices will have one UPS on battery and one that is not.  In this case I do not want the 'On battery' event to trigger.

Scenario 2

Somehow mains power is lost to both UPSs (mains supply is lost, for example, due to a digger breaking the underground cable to the building).  The 'On battery' event is triggered and my devices begin shut down on the schedule I have defined.

Hi,

We have Application Note 98 that describes setting up PowerChute Network Shutdown with redundant UPS. The document lists your scenarios and PowerChute would be handled them as required.
