What is the IP address least time for the 9630 management network card ?

If I enable the DHCP function on the 9630 network card,   What is the IP address least time for 9630 card by default ? 

Can I change it ,  how  ?

You could maybe try a DHCP reservation. I think the behavior you're seeing is still because of DHCP and the way it works versus the APC product specifically. I was under the impression that within DHCP, as part of the offer and accept process, the client will ask the DHCP server if it can still use the IP address it had before (while also showing its MAC address), and if the address is still available on the DHCP server, the DHCP server will let it keep the same one. You could maybe remove the lease/record on the DHCP server for this client if a reservation isn't an option.

Lease time is set on your DHCP server, not the device accepting an IP address, like the AP9630. You'll want to check on your DHCP server for this setting and adjust accordingly. I often see the default as 7-8 days on many servers.
