What are the differences between the J25B and H15BLK?

What are the key differentiators between the J25B and H15BLK? Does the H10BLK on differ from the H15 in power?

Am I right to assume they will both operate silently, including no coil whine or other electronic noise? I am ok with some fan noise as it doesn't pierce my ears like high-frequency sounds do.

I am looking at getting one of the AV units APC offers as I recently purchased a couple BR1500MS units and just can't deal with the high-frequency coil whine.

Did much more looking around and it looks like the H-Series do not have battery backup, which is something I need. The J-Series, do all have battery backup so it looks like I will be going with one of them.

However, what is the difference between the J35B (it has AVR, which the J25B does not) and the J10? Also, are they guaranteed to not produce coil whine or other high-frequency noise? The units will be in the same room as me and I can hear the whine from the previously mentioned BR1500MS from 10 feet away. 😞
