Hi,
We have a weak battery alarm on 40KVA UPS. How can you identify which battery is faulty out of the all the batteries installed?

I have not worked on a 40KVA. but I have tested the UPS batteries 2KVA, 3KVA, 5KVA. I tested the batteries 12V/5Ah and 12V/7Ah one by one, and by block.
For your case you should remove all the blocks of the UPS battery and test their voltage. if there is a large difference between the measured voltages, the block with the smallest voltage should have faulty batteries, it will replace.
