Want Suggestion for APC Cooling and ACRP502 Outer unit

Dear All,

One of our client intends to build a 16 Racks data center, each rack will consume 4 kW of power. Therefore, the total heat load would be 64 kW.

Room area is 27 x 21 x 10 ft. There is no raised floor in data center.  

For N+1 cooling, We have decided to use their existing two units of direct expansion ACRP102, 30 kW each, and one unit of chilled water ACRP 502, 70 kW. Hot aisle containment will also be used.

The real problem is for the outer units. The roof where the outer units would be placed has not much enough space. This is the very reason we are using their two existing ACRP102.

Please suggest me the following,

1. Please give a suggestion by which we can provide them maximum cooling by utilizing little space. (Any cooling option, which will fulfill client's need and work effiiciently)

2. Please let me know about the outer unit of ACRP502. Means, in drawing i have seen that ACRP502 is connected with a chiller and chiller has an underline statement i.e. chiller would be supplied by client. So, i want to confirm that would chillers be purchased by local suppliers? or it can come with ACRP502 form apc? and also if there is any other stuff would require with this unit please let me know.
