I have a 6kva Symmetra RM and it has a wrong v out
L1-N 170V
L2-N 42V
L1-L2 212V
As you can see, the rigth v out must be
L1-N 106V aprox
L2-N 106V aprox
L1-L2 212V
Do you know what is the problem.
Thanks

are these your actual voltage readings via a voltmeter?
if so, then this is what i would expect. there isnt a problem with what you are seeing. the symmetra RM 6kVA is not a split phase UPS, meaning the output of the two legs will not necessarily be equal. the UPS only cares about outputting the correct phase to phase voltage - thus if you input 208v, it will output 208v and if you input 240v, it will output 240v as long as change the setting on the UPS accordingly. if you are looking for two legs of 120v, you will need to look into a [stepdown transformer|http://www.apc.com/products/family/index.cfm?id=170] or a UPS that supports split phase technology such as a Smart UPS RT Split Phase [5|http://www.apc.com/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=SURTD5000RMXLP3U] or [6|http://www.apc.com/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=SURTD6000RMXLP3U]kVA unit or a [Symmetra LX|http://www.apc.com/products/family/index.cfm?id=180].
hope this helps.
