Unit won't power up
I have a SU1400Net that i just found. I know apcs need to be connected to batteries before it will power up and i recall that even if the unit is not powered up, it is always sending power to charge the batteries.
I connected a known good(i think) battery set -No go. i checked power going to battery - No go\no voltage. Opened case and tested if fuse is stuck open - No, circuit closed and 120V is making it to the board.
So do i just have a lemon or is there any chance I am missing something?
