Unit sensitivity display shows empty

Hello. I just bought an APC BR1500G-AR usp. The unit sensitivity bar shows empty. I turned it off, then pushed the power button for 6 secs, chose medium sensitivity (didnt beep to confirm that, although the manual says it should), then turn the power on again and it still shows empty. What should i do? I attach a picture. Thx in advance.

If the unit does not react as expected you should contact local support for assistance.
