Unable to turn on the UPS after the firmware update

I hope this message finds you well. I recently updated the firmware on my APC UPS, and now the device is not powering on at all.

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? Is there a solution available, or does it require repair?

This happens when the wrong firmware is uploaded or if the  firmware gets damaged while being transferred over the network. We usually recommend that the firmware be updated with the advice of  a representative and to use the firmware update wizard since it will detect the correct firmware and and the transfer is thru USB or serial which is less prone to data loss than over the network
