Firmware Upgrade for SRT3000XLI

I´m trying to update the firmware for our Smart UPS 3000 SRT3000XLI. But I can´t find the firmware files on the APC homepage.

Thank you for reaching out to the SE Community, my name is Jon and I will assist you with this query.  Apologies for the late revert, you may find the firmware files from the article below.

How do I update the firmware of my CSH, SCL, SMC, SMT, SMTL, SMX, SRT, SRTL, XP and XU series Smart-... 

You have to download the Firmware Upgrade Wizard (FUW) 4.3.1 executable file and extract it.  The firmware files are included in the package and the wizard should be able to load the correct one for your UPS.

Hi,
I have an issue with updating the SRT3000XLI. Currently, I have UPS firmware version 05.3 (ID1010), and I want to update it to UPS 15.6. However, it can only be updated through firmware version UPS 07.9. Could you help me find the UPS 07.9 firmware? Is it possible to find it?
