Unable to login after upgrade

I just did an upgrade on the Metered Rack PDU part# AP7830 and am unable to log back in.

Got this error message:

NMC Upgrade Tool v1.6c
Mon Jan 15 04:22:37 PM

Using AOS file : AOS = apc_hw02_aos_271.bin
Using Application file: APP = apc_hw02_rpdu_274.bin


ERROR!!! Login unsuccessful.
Make sure the Card is in the network.

Checking network connection ...
ERROR!!! Login unsuccessful.
