Unable to download the Parachute software for Windows 10

Hi,

I am unable to download the Parachute software for windows 10. It never completes the download. I've tried multiple browsers, rebooting my machine, etc. I am sure I am missing something small. Has anyone else had this problem?

So if windows 10 isn’t the way to go is their another version that is better? I can deploy this on a server if need be. I was just setting it up on my desktop first to see how it all worked. Or is none of their software kept up to date

We are sorry you got caught up in Steve's rant. PowerChute Personal Edition has been tested and approved for Windows 10. It does required you enable Microsoft .NET 2 if it is not enable on the system. We have a FAQ that will assist with enabling .NET 2. See Schneider Electric FAQ FA321110 We are looking to address the need to enable .NET 2 as we have heard from other users that enabling .NET 2 is an inconvenience.
