Unable to Add UPS Device via Register Your Device
Unable to register two UPSs through the Register Your Device. I have tried both the QR code and the manual add with the Product ID and Product Key. After attempting registration, the error "Unable to add device - ensure that the Product ID and Product Key provided are correct..." appears. I have let the UPSs stay connected via ethernet and power for upwards an hour and still receive the error.

Please review and complete the following action items and report back the results:
Verify this device is Smart Connect Supported as there will be a green RJ45 port on the rear on the device. If there is (No) green coloured RJ45 Ethernet port than it’s not Smart Connect Supported hardware.
