Hello guys
We have another APC unit acting up unfortunately.
Its a SURT192XLBP
I recorded this video. Any ideas?
all pointers are appreciated. Do you know what the sequence means?

Hello,
Thanks for the video. The red light with the X indicates the fault light and the lights on the right tell us which fault it is. From your video, here is what I see. I'll use zeros and ones to represent the battery bar graph. I saw two faults.

Correct me if I am wrong on what I saw in the video earlier. If not, the first is a battery capacitor soft start fault and the second is a logic power supply fault. What led to this scenario (power outage, power surge, etc)? Can you measure the DC voltage on the batteries? The battery voltage may be low too and we'd also want to disconnect the batteries from the system if they are good to avoid letting them discharge into the UPS while we're figuring this out.
Also, SURT192XLBP is only the external battery pack part number. Could you look for the UPS model number? Something that also starts with SURT. Also, the first six characters of the serial number on the UPS itself would be helpful to determine warranty status. Depending on your region, repair or replacement may be an option regardless depending on warranty status too.
