Where can I find a description of the RS232 Smart protocol for UPS families like the SUA750?

By searching the forums and the web I was only able to find the CLI for the APC switched rack PDUs.

The closest I could find is http://www.apcupsd.org/manual/APC_smart_protocol.html, which was reverse engineered a number of years ago.

Is there any official documentation available?

I'm not sure of your terminology, but definitely not the configuration or pinout. By "protocol" I mean the definition of the bytes you send and receive over the serial port and what they mean. Perhaps that is what you mean by "Link Language"?

Gotcha.

That's the APC UPS Link Language. As you can guess by the name, it's proprietary, so an official link from APC is something you're not going to be able to find. You can submit a link language request with Tech/Email support, and it'll get forwarded to those who control the release of that.
