Hi Folks
I have 2 Smart-UPS SMX3000HVNC UPS's. 1 of them sends out an email every 2 mins regaring UPS: No longer compensating for a high input voltage.
I have attached the log file to see what you think.

1st thing would be to check the settings are identical to the unit that isn't being a pain, 2nd is to try is to brain dead the unit by pulling the batteries and mains then tapping the power button a couple of times to discharge it and see how it is after.

Are you saying that there are more emails being sent than just the events that are in the log? Would you mind sending over the data log as well? It definitely looks like you are having some issues with your input power quality. We might be able to get it squared away with some minor configuration changes.
