UPS Network Management Card 4 - AP9644

Hi All

I have a Galaxy VS UPS with an Integrated UPS Network Management Card 4 (AP9644) that is sending out Alerts Via Email however the Subject Line for every Alert is the same, is there a way to Edit the Subject Line to make it more specific to the particular Alert?

Thank you for reaching out to the SE Community, my name is Jon and I will assist you with this query.  I haven't encountered this type of issues yet with the AP9644 but can you share with us the firmware that is loaded on the AP9644 and sample emails along with the codes that you are getting?
