UPS Galaxy VS 60kW - Reset Battery Replacement Date
Hey all. I have a Galaxy VS UPS returning a 2001-02-03 value for battery replacement date, when the correct date is 2022-10-01. I've looked through both the web UI and the physical panel on the UPS with no luck of changing the date.
Is there a way to change this value so that my monitoring system no longer flags the issue? We had a Schneider Electric PM awhile ago and I asked the individual to reset the value, but I'm about 99% sure he just turned off certain monitoring metrics.
I assume this is an easy solution that I'm overlooking, but any aid is appreciated. Thank you!

To be clear this is the battery installation date. Not the suggested battery (replacement) date?!? 🤔
If this is about the (installation date) remove the battery cartridge. Wait for the system to declare a battery fault. Wait approximately 30 more seconds and reinsert the battery cartridge.
The system should ask you if this is a new battery cartridge. Say (Yes) and then enter the month and year that applies.
Initiate a manual self test and let it complete. Reboot the NMC and let it come back up. The system will (should) display the correct battery installation date and the projected battery replacement date.
Depending upon the NMS in place the new counters will be updated. Let me know what you see and observe once these steps are completed. 👍
