UPS immediately performs a power-off of all Outlet Groups

Hello!

I have a Smart-UPS SRT 6000.

I performed a scheduled battery replacement on the APCRBC140.
Self-Test is successful.
But now, if there is any short-term power failure, the UPS does not switch to battery power, but immediately performs a power-off of all Outlet Groups.
And then again performs power-on of all Outlet Groups

For starters based on the screen capture it doesn’t appear the UPS is defined very well?!? Obviously this is up to you but the following suggestions makes a lot more sense.

Low Battery Duration: The default is 2 minutes but you set yours to 20?!? A good compromise is 5 minutes before the system begins a shutdown. The basic low battery duration should be defined the same if 5 minutes is used.

The UPS should be defined to restart once AC Mains is restored. You have defined the system to remain off?!? 🤔

As it relates to the outlets turning off then on. Without seeing and knowing how this device was programmed it could be improper defined settings.

If you’re in doubt about how this unit is setup. I would encourage you to default the system to an OEM state. Doing so will at least eliminate user error / poor user defined settings. ☝️

If you see the same behaviour once the unit is in a default state. We can focus on the next steps and possible solutions. 👍
