UPS : Compensating for a high input voltage
Hi all,
We have two relatively new APC X 3000 ups - each serving its own rack. One unit reported the above error, but we can find no corresponding spike or increase in the Vmax figures for the time of the alert. We received hundreds of emails between 21:31 and 06:14 when the condition cleared.
We did however note that the 'Vout' figure fell from 248 to 230 during the exact same period - so my questions are :
- can a drop in Vout also trigger the 'Compensating for a high input voltage' alert?
