Turn the UPS Off is disabled?

When I try to turn off my data center main Symmetra™ PX 48KW UPS from the Select UPS > UPS Power Control > Turn UPS Off and press the enter key menu, I get the UPS configured to never shuts down. so looking in the manual I found:

"If shutdown via the display is disabled, then you cannot perform this procedure and the message: Command not allowed, UPS configured to never shutdown appears. If you want to enable shutdown via the display, this is done by a Schneider Electric field service engineer."

So we have an urgent equipment move in the data center this weekend and we must shutdown the the two ups unites. so I need to do it myself as local APC partner is quit busy and sometimes never shows up when needed.

your help in this matter is much appreciated.
