Hi,
I have 2 new Smart-UPS SRT 5000 (SKU: DLRT5KRMXLI) that I am trying to configure with PCNS 4.2.0 in Redundant mode. Each UPS has had the outlet panel replaced with a single Hardwired Output (PDU Model SRT001) which is connected to a Service Bypass Panel (SBP6KRMI2U). Consequently we don't have any physical outlet groups. When I set up PCNS I get I am asked to choose an outlet group for each UPS.
So, can I permanently turn off the outlet groups bypass this screen? And if so, how do I do it?
Thanks
Tony

Hi,
What are the option available for selection? If the outlet group options are MOG and SOG select MOG. If the options are group 1 and group 2 select group 1. In either case in the UPS shutdown screen select to turn off the UPS or do not turn off the UPS depending on your preference. If you select do not turn off UPS the UPS will remain running after a power failure until the battery is depleted. If you select turn off UPS the UPS will remain running until the outlet group delay has been met and then power down.
