Bump. I've got a 9641 that I'm trying to get configured for a 3 phase Symmetra. I've looked all over even the internet archive. It's seemingly been scrubbed.

As far as I’m aware all 3 phase NMC firmware is now restricted behind a subscription / paywall.

Single phase NMC firmware is still available to the general public.

I thought the subscription was for the newer 3.x. If 2.x isn't available, thenit's worse than I thought. It means that I have a card for a platform that I can't use for an upgrade because of the you own nothing mindset.
