Toronto Data Center - HostMDS - N2 Facility

We are looking at potentially moving some of our servers into a new data center facility in Toronto. The provider we are looking at is HostMDS (www.hostmds.com). They have a N2 facility up and running, utilizing I believe APC gear.

We have checked out the facility and the references - everything looks good so far.

Has anyone had any experience with this provider - the pricing they are quoting us is; $85 /SqFt / Anuum for a private caged space.
