In 2015 I purchased 1x "SYIOF500KD" (As main frame) ,2x "SYPF250KD" (As power frames) ,and at least 3x "SYBFXR8" (As batteries frame).
** FYI in the 2011 I purchased a "SY250K500D" (As main frame) and 2 yeras later in 2013 I purchased "SYPM25KD" (As power modules) that finally added these power modules to the main frame of UPS and it made UPS POWER developed to 500KW.
Today I want to use the "SYPM25KD" (As power modules) that purchased before and use it in "SYIOF500KD" that recently purchased ,but the major problem creates here,cause the SYIOF500KD doesn't recognize its power modules "SYPM25KD".
What's the solution for this issue? Any firmware of these two part numbers should be upgrade or downgrade to fix the issue?or anything else?
If any other supplementary information would you needed to know please tell me.
