Hello,
I've recently installed a UPS in the same room with two other UPS's. We installed a new outlet for the new one and after we plugged it in, one of our other UPS's started spitting out errors that the battery power is too low to support the load issue. Then about a minute later, that a discharged battery condition no long exists. In the UPS that's spitting out the errors, it's a Smart-UPS 5000 RM DL4 and we just replaced the batteries in it last month with new ones. I was looking at the data logs and the %Wout went from a constant below 20 to above 22 after we plugged in the new UPS. The other UPS in the room is not spitting out any errors though after the new one was plugged in. I'm not too sure what's going on. I appreciate any help in solving this issue.

Are you using a Network Management Card or PowerChute Business Edition? Essentially, this may just be a configuration/reporting issue is my first thought.
We need to know the UPS reported runtime and also what the "low battery signaling time" or "low battery duration" time is (depending on if using a Network Management Card or PCBE it will be worded differently).
I have a feeling that the reported runtime is low and the system may need to be calibrated to update the runtime. If you're reported runtime falls within two minutes of your low battery time, the UPS reports this type of thing to tell you that the battery in the UPS does not have much capacity whether on battery or not. It can be erroneous if the UPS is not reporting the correct amount of runtime.
Based on what you describe, you may have this symptom too -> Why are the battery charge LEDs flashing on a Smart-UPS? | FAQs | Schneider Electric US
It could just be a coincidence that it happened when you connected another UPS. If you do have a Network Management Card, I am interested in event.txt, data.txt and config.ini as well (Instructions are here on downloading -> How can I download Event, Data, Configuration, and Debug files from my Network Management Card? | FA...
