Temperature Sensor Not Found on PDU

I plugged in a AP9520T Temperature Sensor to a PDU AP8941. The digital display on the temperature sensor works but when I go to the web interface it says "No Sensor Found!". I'm not sure how to get this to work. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

The AP8941 is not compatible with the AP9520TH. The compatible probes are AP9335T or AP9335TH.
