I've been noticing an issue for over a year now with my Back-Ups Pro 1500 S. When the power goes out or even just flickers my Synology NAS loses power. All my other devices plugged into the same unit stay on and are fine. I get an automated email that the NAS was shutdown improperly. Anyone else experience this?

Hi @DigitalMan
On what outlet is the Synology NAS attached - is it on the surge only or battery+surge outlet? What would happen if it is the only load left attached to the UPS and then you unplug the unit from the wall outlet?

Lol, so I'm embarrassed to admit this but for some reason all this time had assumed all the outlets were battery. My bad.

Lol!
It happens most of the time @DigitalMan but I am happy if this is just the cause.
