Hi,

I added a symmetra module 16 kw yesterday on my symmetra 160kw frame. When i locked the locking latch, the module start..fan start 15 sec then it stoped. After this no more reaction of the module, no fan, no red light and status "NOT INSTALLED". I tried other slots off course...same issue. NOTHING.

What is the problem? I repeat there is no status, no red light, no alarm..like there is no module insered in the slot.
