Hello I recently had a problem on a Symmetra UPS. I have the Symmetra UPS and an external battery bank installed. All 13 SYBT5 battery modules have a "Low Capacity" fault. The batteries installed in each module are in good condition. Please help as to what could be causing all the modules to fail and how to resolve it.

I would start with confirming the battery installation date. Next, check what the system indicates is the voltage for each pack.
Than measure the voltage of each pack and compare them to one another. As a interim step eject / remove all extended battery packs.
Reboot the system and confirm the fault goes away. The only fault should be the missing extended battery packs. If so, insert one cartridge and see what the system says.
It’s going to pass or fail one or more cells at some point. Give these first steps a try and report back what you see and observe. 👍
