I have a new Symmetra UPS that we installed. I attached the Powerview Display and the screen did not power up. I checked the Cat5 cable and it checked out good. I plugged the display into the rear of the cabinet and no change. I talked with a technician at Schneider and he agreed that the display could be bad. Got the new display in and have the same results...what next?

The lights were on before I plugged in the new Display.
There are two IMs in the rack. There are five LEDs reading from left to right:
IM #1: 1-green, 2-off, 3-flashing orange, 4-off, 5-green
IM #2: 1-off, 2-off, 3-flashing orange, 4-off, 5-green

Hi Donald,
Were there lights on the Intelligence Modules before you plugged it in?
