Is there an easy way to change the settings in the Symmetra RM to allow for a different input voltage range? For example, if the input power is fluctuating and it is causing the UPS to constantly come on and go off because the minimum input voltage is set too high.

Also, keep in mind that the power modules can decide to operate on-battery even if the input voltage is within that range. The power modules consider other factors such as voltage variance over time and frequency shift, when deciding which source is appropriate to power the inverters.
You might want to look at the UPS PowerView display after the UPS goes on battery due to the varying input voltage. Scroll to the Status menu and go to the very last (bottom) page. You'll see Last Xfr, which tells you the reason for the last transfer to battery.
I expect you might learn the specific reason for the on-battery operation there.

this particular UPS and the topology it uses already accepts a wide input range of voltage. thus, you cant change the ranges. This UPS should accept 155 - 276V no matter if you are using a US or European model (208/240v or 220/230v) so if the UPS is going on battery, it must be outside of this range.
you can post us some of your data log from the network management card to show the voltages if you believe its not outside of this range and shouldnt be going on battery.

This actually does answer my question. If the range cannot be changed, I was going to ask what the min and max was. Thanks for the information!
