Hello,

We just had a fan failure on our Symmetra RM. Does anyone know the part number of this fan so we can order a replacement?

The part number is 490-0024, assuming you are asking about the Symmetra 6k/12k RM, and not a rackmounted Symmetra LX.

When I pull up that part number it comes up with a dual fan tray. We need the single fan. Is there a different part number for that? It is the Symmetra RM 6kVA.
