i have a Symmetra RM 6000 on my server room to support all the IT decive such as server and core switch,
few day ago, power trip happen, it cause my symmetra RM6000 under the power socket "220/230/240v 16A MAX" which locate on rear is turn to OFF.
all the IT device turn off immediately, afte that i perform turn output off and graceful shutdown. but the graceful shutdown process runing long time ,after 10 mint i press any key, it return to Menu,
on the Control , it still show "graceful turn off" meaning that the machine still havent turn off,
after that i turn the "220/230/240v 16A MAX" to ON. all the power come back. but i keep received the email message from that particular APC "it say"Critical - UPS: A graceful shutdown process is being used to shut down the load equipment before the UPS turns off. Initiated from Serial Port 0."
on the web console aslo show :.
Critical Alarm Present
Graceful Shutdown Initiated
so how i can solve this issue ?
*** understand that can diable the message send , but i dont wish to do that .

i would go ahead and reseat/power cycle your network management card in the back of the UPS. see if that clears the state of the graceful shutdown even though its already over.
