hello - with a power supply fault, you'll need to look into a replacement whether under warranty or out of warranty.

Metered/Switched Rack PDUs and Automatic Transfer Switches contain power supplies that are intended to monitor the current being passed through the PDU/ATS in addition to power supplies that control relays. When these power supplies or the communications bus they use fail, a message will be displayed in the event log or Web page, indicating which one has gone bad. Also, the message "Er" will be displayed on the front screen on some models.

what i'd suggest before you replace it is power cycling the PDU for about 10 seconds if you haven't already and you can try to reset the network management card to defaults but beyond that unfortunately, you'll need a replacement.
