Symmetra PX 48KW Communication Lost With Metering Board[1..6]

Dear team,

I am facing issue Communication Lost With Metering Board[1..6] in APC Symmetra PX 48KW UPS, during this error PDM was working but its communication indication lights was off then i have replace metering board with other one. After it was giving error to download FW on it display and i did the same and wait for almost 5min however error is still same and there is no change but now PDM indications lights are ON but still below error it still same.

Furthermore i have upgraded NMC latest firmware but below error still exist.

• Communication Lost With Metering Board[1..6]

Please guide me how to clear this alarm.

buenos dias tengo el mismo problema

intente actualizar la tarjeta de todas los modos posible con todas las versiones y el error siempre continua,

cambia la tarjeta de red y por fin el problema se soluciono
