APC UPS SMT2200 Not Working

When the power goes out the UPS SMT2200 doesn't supply power to the plugs in back.  Not sure if it's a setting or something else.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

Firmware=UPS 08.8

Batteries=100%

Load=18%

Hi,

If you remove the load, remove AC from the UPS, and check the output with a voltmeter, is the UPS providing AC? If so, have you replaced the batteries? Based on the serial number, the UPS is six years old. If the batteries have not been replaced, they may read 100 percent charge, but the voltage may drop rapidly once the load is applied and the load is powered off.

Please let me know about this. I think you need to replace the batteries.
