Is the Static Switch module, P/N SYSW40KF hot swappable with the load remaining on the UPS as is normal?
I know the identity board has to be changed to the replacement Static Switch, but can you replace the Static Switch module like you would a redundant Power Module?
Thanks,
JS

Hello,
I'd definitely recommend verifying this with your local 3 phase support team via email or phone if this is not being done by APC or an authorized service provider, but what I found was:
Static Switch Modules on the Symmetra PX 80 and 100 may be hot swapped. This procedure is not possible on the Symmetra PX 40 and ISX 20K All-in-one. In some cases, the static bypass feature may still be available even though the SSW is reporting as failed. If the alarm is one of the three listed below then static bypass is available through the Power view (on MIM v17.0 >).
