Hi all!
This is my first post dute to first undiscovered problem.
We had an external power fail yesterday, the power generator has started. Then the UPS has dropped the load and one of the messages was "An input voltage or frequency problem occurred while in bypass, turning off the UPS.".
Why the UPS was in bypass mode first and what was the problem?
I can suppose that the power generator has provided power out of voltage/frequency limit but there is a battery in Symmetra too.

I've run the battery calibration today and it seems to be essential to keep for at least 20 minutes!
But the open question for me is why UPS was in bypass?
Because it was on battery before and the condition of it has exahusted?
I will contact suport team. Thank you for help!
