Symmetra LX battery slots faulty ??

Hi
Symmetra LX 16000 - tower , 13 battery slots and 5 power modules.
In some reason only half of the battery slots works fine. If I change battery to other slot it will not work. Anyone has similiar problem ? APC doesnt show any diagnostic errors.

How are the intelligence modules? Are they both installed and working properly (indicated by the lights on each module)? Each intelligence module controls half of the batteries... So if only half are working properly, that's the first thing I would check.
